Official Statement on RECOGEN® products in Malaysia

To comply with National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) requirements, we have a few announcements to make regarding our range of products. Please take note of the new Recogen® Packaging sold only in Malaysia.

1. The new Recogen® packaging is to adhere to National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) requirements for health supplements in Malaysia. Although the packaging is different from the Singapore version, the content is exactly the same.
2. We have appointed a partner to repack all Malaysian Recogen® packaging. Rest assured, all content of Recogen® is exactly the same as the one sold in Singapore. 
3. Roots Basic Sdn Bhd is still our official sole distributor for all Recogen products in Malaysia. All Recogen products are supplied by Natural Colloids Industries Pte Ltd (the main company of NCI Health) from Singapore.
